This collection teaches students how to install and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. The collection explores the components used within a Microsoft CRM deployment, the hardware and software requirements needed to successfully deploy Microsoft CRM, and the installation instructions for the three primary Microsoft CRM components: the Microsoft CRM Server, the Exchange E-Mail Router, and the Microsoft Office for Outlook Client. In addition, students will learn how to install and refresh sample data, and how to configure business management functions such as business units, users, teams, and security roles. They will also learn how to configure system settings and web configuration options, perform database maintenance, and import and export customizations. Students also learn how to redeploy an existing Microsoft CRM installation to a new deployment, upgrade Microsoft CRM 1.2 to 3.0, and uninstall and repair Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
